When it comes to fundraising events in the Napa Valley there’s nothing quite like Auction Napa Valley. Sean is privileged to have been a part of managing this world class fundraising event for seven straight years. Since then he’s applied those learned skills to his fundraising productions, to include full-planning, coordination and auction management services, with much success. With any event, there are many moving parts and they require an individual that has the organization and communication skills to make it all work. From simple to complex, a successful event is the only fruition.

Be it a fundraiser, a corporate party or a family celebration, we are endeavored to make it a total success. In a vineyard, an historic barrel room, an estate cave or a grand ballroom, there’s no limit as to when and where we can create your grand party.

Winery Dinners

As a group visiting the Napa Valley, not experiencing a winery dinner is like visiting Rome and not experiencing the Colosseum. As a former catering director, much of Sean’s efforts were focused on creating the quintessential winery experience. A “king Arthur” table, candelabra lighting, stunning floral, a trio of musicians, world class cuisine and of course, world class wines, would be an example of the variety looks and feels your winery dinner could have.

Your group demographics, the winery’s varietals, location, history and aesthetics are all components that are important in designing your dinner. Our winery dinner design services include transportation services, tour coordination, menu design, wine pairings, catering services, personalized menu cards, table design, floral enhancements, musical entertainment and more.

Private Residence Catering & Entertaining

We’ve had the distinct pleasure of catering at some of Napa Valley’s most amazing residences. Our clients expect nothing but the best for their closest friends and family members and my objective is to embrace their vision and create it. A client without worry is a client free to enjoy their own party! Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll arrange a convenient time to tour the area of your residence that you plan to hold your party, we’ll then recommend a logistical and timing plan, share menu ideas, assist you with décor design based on your vision, and procure musical entertainment such as a solo flamenco or jazz guitarist, keyboardist, harpist, combo, trio, quartet or a full band . Then we’ll designate the arrival time of our service and culinary staff and based on the end time of your event, establish a breakdown time as well. No detail of your important event will be overlooked.
