Sean’s fondest memories throughout his Napa Valley career are those of creating wedding dreams. There is nothing quite like being part of the excitement and anticipation that comes with designing our wedding couple’s special day. By the time that the last details have been finalized and the wedding day approaches, it feels as if you’ve become a part of the family hence the utmost care that we take in ensuring that every aspect of your wedding is absolutely, positively perfect.
During his years as Director of Catering & Conference Services at Meadowood Napa Valley and The Vintage Estate-Villagio Inn & Spa and Vintage Inn, Sean watched literally hundreds of brides walk down the aisle but he and his team always committed themselves to treating each wedding as it was the only one that mattered. There is a palpable connection that comes with planning weddings and that is the essence of why we enjoy this aspect of our work.
Day-Of Coordination Services
For the couple that has planned all aspects of their wedding day but needs the assurances that their wedding day runs smoothly, seamlessly and managed to perfection while you celebrate your special day, consider our Day-Of coordination services.
On the eve of your wedding we’ll coordinate your rehearsal at your ceremony location. On wedding day, our team will arrive early to assist you with any pre-wedding needs. We then sync with your on-site service teams and vendors to ensure that all the details are in place while communicating any last minute changes. When the big moment arrives, we’ll manage your ceremony processional and recessional, coordinate your reception and dinner timing with your catering team, represent you throughout the course of your wedding day to ensure that any timing changes or special needs are communicated to the appropriate service providers. Finally, we’ll coordinate your post-dinner festivities to include cake cutting ceremony, first dance, bouquet toss and any other custom or personalized aspects of your wedding day that you wish to incorporate.
